1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ha 99 platform at ha99.app — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all users of the platform, whether registered account holders or unregistered visitors browsing the site.

ha99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version of these terms will always be published at ha99.app/terms-conditions with the effective date clearly stated. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and ha99.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to hold an account and participate in gaming activities on ha99, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the minimum legal age for online gambling in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) accessing the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are accessing ha99 from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
• You have not previously had an ha99 account suspended or closed for a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or in partnership with, any third party in connection with your wagering activity on ha99.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or close family member of any employee or contractor of ha99 or its affiliated game suppliers.

Age Verification

ha99 takes age verification seriously. As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, we may request a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), birth certificate, passport, or other government-issued identification documents at any point during your account lifetime — including before your first withdrawal is processed. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

3 Account Registration

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one single active account on ha99. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, multiple identities, multiple email addresses, multiple phone numbers, or multiple devices — is strictly prohibited. ha99 uses device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and identity document matching to detect duplicate accounts. Any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.

Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your ha99 account. This includes your full legal name (as it appears on your NID or passport), date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. If any of your details change — including your mobile number or email address — you must update them promptly via your account settings or by contacting support.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ha99 account login credentials. ha99 will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must notify ha99 immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

ha99 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

KYC Verification

ha99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud best practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed:

• National Identity Card (NID) — front and back
• Valid passport (photo page)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., bKash account confirmation, bank statement)
• Selfie with ID document (where requested)

KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission. Until KYC is completed, withdrawal requests will remain in a pending state. Deposits may continue to be made during the KYC review period.

Deposit Limits & Processing Times

The minimum deposit on ha99 is ৳200. There is no universal maximum deposit limit; however, individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits which will apply. bKash and Nagad deposits are credited to your ha99 account instantly in the vast majority of cases. Bank transfer deposits may take between 30 minutes and 4 hours depending on the sending institution.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by ha99 support.
• Any active bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (see Section 5) before withdrawal is permitted.
• ha99 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts displaying unusual activity patterns.

Processing Timeframes

ha99 processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours during normal business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). bKash withdrawals for verified accounts are typically completed same-day. Bank transfer withdrawals may take an additional 1–2 business days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank's processing schedule.

Anti-Money Laundering

ha99 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) procedures. We are obligated to monitor transactions and may delay, block, or reverse any transaction that raises AML/CTF concerns. In such cases, ha99 may be unable to disclose the reason for the action due to legal reporting obligations. Players who are found to have engaged in money laundering activity through the ha99 platform will have their accounts closed and all associated funds will be frozen pending investigation and any applicable legal process.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Terms

ha99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin packages, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, in addition to these general bonus terms.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to your ha99 account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The wagering requirement for any given bonus will be clearly stated in the specific promotion's terms. Unless specified otherwise, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for that bonus. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
• Different game categories may contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, sports betting, and crash games may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.
• The maximum bet permitted while a wagering requirement is active is ৳500 per round or wager, unless the promotion terms state otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Only one active bonus may be held at a time. If you have an active bonus with a pending wagering requirement, you may not claim a new bonus until the existing one is completed, forfeited, or expired.

Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment only. ha99 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, reverse bonus-funded winnings, or close an account if it determines that a player is abusing bonus terms — including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, hedging bets to generate guaranteed profit from bonus funds, or engaging in any form of coordinated bonus exploitation.

Promotional Changes

ha99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Promotional offers are subject to availability and may not be available to all players at all times. ha99 also reserves the right to exclude certain players from specific promotions at its discretion.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

Third-Party Game Suppliers

All games offered on ha99 — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, and sports betting markets — are provided by licensed third-party game studios and data suppliers. These include Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Play'n GO, and others. Each game is governed by the rules of the respective game supplier, which are accessible within the game interface itself.

Random Number Generation

All slot games and RNG-based table games on ha99 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG certification means that game outcomes are statistically independent, unpredictable, and not influenced by the platform, previous results, or player behaviour. Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on ha99 — including cricket markets covering BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — is subject to the following general rules:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the player. Subsequent price movements do not affect confirmed bets.
• ha99 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result has already been determined at the time of bet acceptance (late bets).
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or voided, stakes will be returned unless the promotion or market terms state otherwise.

• Suspicious or irregular betting patterns may result in bet voidance, account review, and withholding of associated winnings pending investigation.

Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure, or game error that affects the integrity of a game round or bet settlement, ha99 reserves the right to void the affected game round or wager and return the original stake to the player. ha99 will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from a technical malfunction beyond the return of the original stake amount.

7 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

Your Obligations as a Player

By using ha99, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations at all times:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and current information to ha99 at all times, including during registration, KYC verification, and any support interaction.
• Use the ha99 platform solely for personal entertainment and not for any commercial, professional, or business purpose.
• Not share your account login credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access your account.
• Not use any form of software, algorithm, artificial intelligence, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the ha99 platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the platform itself.
• Not exploit any software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities on the ha99 platform. Any such vulnerability discovered must be reported to [email protected] immediately and must not be exploited for personal gain.
• Not engage in any form of collusion with other players in live casino games or poker-style formats.
• Not engage in any form of match-fixing, insider information usage, or any other activity that undermines the integrity of sporting events covered by ha99's sportsbook.
• Not use the ha99 platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of your jurisdiction regarding online gambling.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute serious breaches of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering multiple accounts (duplicate account fraud)
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment methods
• Providing false identity documents during KYC verification
• Using any form of cheating software, RNG manipulation tool, or unauthorised third-party program
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or tamper with any part of the ha99 platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ha99 staff or other players via any communication channel
• Any coordinated or organised bonus exploitation scheme involving multiple individuals or accounts

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Suspension by ha99

ha99 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• We have reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Your account is under review for fraud, AML, or KYC compliance purposes.
• You have failed to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• We are required to do so by a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request.
• Your account shows signs of being compromised by an unauthorised third party.

During a suspension period, you will not be able to place wagers, make deposits, or request withdrawals. ha99 will communicate the reason for suspension (where legally permissible) via your registered email address and will aim to resolve the matter as promptly as possible.

Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your ha99 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your verified payment method. Any active bonus funds will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure. ha99 will process account closure requests within 5 business days of receipt.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel that your gambling is becoming problematic, ha99 offers a self-exclusion programme. You may request self-exclusion for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently by contacting our support team at [email protected]. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be completely locked — you will not be able to log in, deposit, or wager. ha99 will also make reasonable efforts to exclude you from receiving promotional communications during this period. Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login or wagering activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. ha99 will attempt to notify you via your registered email address before applying any dormancy policy to your account. Dormant accounts with a remaining balance will have a monthly administration fee deducted after the dormancy period, in accordance with ha99's published dormancy schedule. The balance will never be reduced below zero as a result of dormancy fees.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether initiated by the player or by ha99 — the following applies:

• All active bonus funds and free spin credits are forfeited immediately.
• Any outstanding withdrawal requests that were initiated prior to closure will be processed in the normal course.
• Your personal data will be retained for the period required by applicable law and ha99's data retention policy, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
• You may not re-register on ha99 while a self-exclusion is active or while a closure for breach of terms is in effect.
